The Centre for Organisational Development and Coaching offers in Cologne a one-year extra-occupational training course for coaches (personal development/training):
Training of Coaches with University Certificate (Personal Development/Training) 2008/2009
Head of Training: Dr. Marc G. Lucas and Markus Widera
The target group: The training is aimed at all interested persons who wish to obtain a qualification in the profession of trainer/coach and counsellor, as well as trainers/coaches who are already employed as such, and who would like to consolidate their professionalism and/or their position on the market by means of high-quality education.
