Setting the course for career entry during the studies

The Centre for Organisational Development and Coaching offers in Cologne a one-year extra-occupational training course for coaches (personal development/training):

Training of Coaches with University Certificate (Personal Development/Training) 2008/2009

Head of Training: Dr. Marc G. Lucas and Markus Widera

The target group:
        The training is aimed at all interested persons who wish to obtain a
        qualification in the profession of trainer/coach and counsellor, as well
         as trainers/coaches who are already employed as such, and who
         would like to consolidate their professionalism and/or their position
         on the market by means of high-quality education.

•    Inner attitude of the trainer
•    Integral understanding of individual learning processes and the
•    dynamics of collective group learning processes
•    Planning and implementation of effective training
•    Empowerment to taking action in respect of reflection, comparison
     and adjustment of behaviour patterns and mind-sets of own training
     participants
•    Acquiring the basic methodical and didactic tools in training
•    Assessment and utilisation of the individual learning ability, method of
     learning, and the willingness to learn of individuals, groups and
     organisations
•    Appraising the essential in complex training situations as well as during
     integration of training processes in superordinate organisational
     change processes
•    Ensuring long-term training success
•    Trainer behaviour in respect of the integration of new thinking and
     actions in individuals and (changed) organisational systems
•    Initiation, guidance and protection of learning processes.
