Tools for the organisation of coaching sessions Models and approaches in the coaching process personal supervision as coach during consultation and in change management Background knowledge of Change Management and Implementation of Coaching within the Organisation Bouquet of different methods (from the systemic consultation, NLP amongst others) direct contact to potential coachees by means of inviting executives from enterprises Possibility to process your own coaching concerns or personal career planning successfully tested training concept, which has already been evaluated by the "Coaching-Gutachten" Research Centre under Prof. Geissler (www.coaching-gutachten.de) Heads of training with many years of practical experience as coaches and counsellors in the competitive economy recognised completion certificate by the University of Cologne the training is recognised by the Systemic Society as basic training for certification as "Systemic Coach"
